- Free admission for ages 0–3 (no seating provided; must sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap)
- Ages 4+ are charged as adults
- A-class reserved chair seating (3rd floor) is provided for all participants
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue
- If you’re planning additional activities before or after the tour, especially if traveling from cities like Kyoto or Hiroshima, ensure you have enough time in your schedule
- You may need to wait for seating if a sumo match or ceremonial event is in progress; you’ll be seated once the event concludes
- Only one infant aged 0–3 per adult may join for free; if a seat is required for them, please book a ticket
- No coin lockers or luggage storage are available at the venue; please plan to minimize your belongings or use external storage options
- Participants aged 0–17 need written parental permission to join the tour
- Those aged 0–15 or not yet in middle school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
