Join us for the "Night Festival at the Tokyo National Museum" in Ueno, Tokyo. This special event gives you a rare chance to explore Japan's oldest museum after hours. Wander through the "Comprehensive Cultural Exhibition" and the special "Jingoji: The Dawn of Shingon Buddhism" exhibition from 18:00 onwards. The festival transforms the museum grounds into a vibrant celebration of Japanese culture. Enjoy classic festival treats like shaved ice and cotton candy, and test your skills at shooting games. Get creative at the Demise shops where you can craft Edo Furin (wind bells) and Naruko, paint Daruma dolls, and try your hand at traditional Japanese calligraphy and design workshops.
