Since opening in 2023, our Tokyo-based sushi-making class has welcomed over 12,000 participants eager to explore the world of Japanese cuisine and hands-on experiences. Japan has a wide variety of sushi types, and in our class, you’ll learn to make two of the most iconic styles: maki sushi (sushi rolls) and nigiri sushi (hand-pressed sushi).
