If the item is not returned within business hours without contacting us, we will close the store without waiting for the item to be returned. If you return the item the next day, you will be charged a late fee equal to the dressing fee. If your kimono or accessories (bags, etc.) are soiled or damaged when you return them, you will be charged ¥3,000 or more for stains and ¥10,000 or more for damage. We recommend purchasing the Anshin Pack (insurance) of ¥500 when applying. We will store your luggage for free, but please take care of your valuables yourself.
