Description
Dine at Ginza Saisho, a gem tucked away in Tokyo's bustling Ginza district, making a triumphant post-pandemic return with renewed spirit and a legacy of more than two decades delivering delicious sushi.
After navigating the challenges of the pandemic with a short relocation, the restaurant formerly called Sushi Saisho has re-emerged in Ginza, bringing with it the traditions and innovations that result from the restaurant’s 20-year history of excellence, and your chef’s 30-year career perfecting his art.
With just 8 counter seats that surround Chef Saisho, the intimate setting is a secluded escape where connoisseurs and casual diners alike can indulge in the highest quality omakase sushi, with some irresitible twists. Saisho is renowned in particular for the specialty sish called “uniku” which combines creamy “uni” (sea urchin) with “niku” (meat) such as high-grade wagyu beef.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, an ideal spot for both local and international guests to meet their English-speaking chef who enhanced the dining experience with stories and insights into the dishes served. Dine at Ginza Saisho to experience a culinary journey that transcends the ordinary, right in the heart of Tokyo.
