- Participants should be aged 12+ since this experience includes cutting and heating processes

- Ages 4+ can accompany for free if not participating in the cooking lesson
- Please arrive early at the meeting point; the tour will depart on time and latecomers will not be refunded due to missing the tour

Once you've gathered the ingredients, transition to a professional kitchen studio to embark on the cooking session. Under guided instruction, you'll master the techniques of Japanese home-style cooking, from wielding a Japanese knife with precision to preparing foundational elements like dashi for miso soup and crafting sushi rice seasoned with vinegar.
