KidZania is a ""city where children take the lead,"" where they can learn about the workings of society while having fun. About 100 different jobs and services are available for children to experience! Using authentic equipment and tools, kids can experience a variety of jobs and services just like adults.
KidZania Tokyo has a complete changeover system between Shift 1 (09:00–15:00) and Shift 2 (16:00–21:00).
Note: price for each plan depends on the date of visit, so the price displayed will change depending on the date you select in step 2 of the booking process.

- . The activity experience is available for children aged 3–15
- . Each entrant must be accompanied by an adult (ages 16+)
- . You cannot enter only adults or only children. Please be sure to make a reservation for a combination of adults and children. *Infants (under 2 years old) can enter for free, but combined admission of adults and infants is not permitted.
- . On the day of the visit, admission will be accepted for one reservation at a tine. One representative cannot check in for multiple reservations.
- . This service cannot be used in conjunction with the discount special discount service or invitation tickets issued by KidZania Tokyo.
- . Tickets on this site does not offer discount rates for people with disabilities.
- . Please click the link in the voucher sent after the purchase to open the website page, press the "Use" button, and present the screen to the staff. *Please make sure that your smartphone connects to the internet as you will need to launch the website from your smartphone. *Please note that screenshots or printed-out tickets will not be acceptable.
- . Starting from July 1st, prices will change for children (3-15 years old) and adults (16 years old and up).
- . This booking is valid only on the specified date.
- . Since tickets are sold in advance, cancellations and refunds are not possible after purchase.
- . Every Wednesday is English Wednesday!, where about half of the activities are conducted in English. Please check the official website for details.
- . Reservations that have already been made cannot be transferred to this service.
- . You cannot change to other fee plans listed on the KidZania Tokyo official website.
- . About opening times: • Doors open 30 minutes before the start time. • Entrance order cards (numbered tickets) are distributed to those using Shift 2. ( http://www.kidzania.jp/tokyo/guide/flow/ ) • Please note that each activity is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- . English Night – Shift 2 on January 14th, 16th, 28th, and 30th As with English Wednesday, approximately half of the activities during these evenings will be conducted in English.
Description
▶ Assembly and Reception Each booking (one group) will be accepted at the reception. Reception can be completed by one representative (adult). Please show proof of reservation. ▶ Preparation and Moving At the reception, you will receive a JOB Schedule Card and 50 kidZos, the exclusive currency of KidZania, which are required for the experience.

Information on activity availability, meeting times, etc., is displayed on large digital signage in four locations around the venue. You can also check the information from your smartphone using the KidZania Official App. Please make full use of this.

Once you have chosen the job you want to do, go to the pavilion and use the JOB Schedule Card to register for the activity (job) and start your work.

Some pavilions offer "part-time activities" (around 15 minutes), which require a shorter experience time. Please make good use of your time when waiting, etc.
▶ End and Dismissal Receive payment for your work. Also, any items you make yourself will be passed to you as deliverables. Please take them home as a memento of your work.

▶From purchase to entry, it's a simple 2-step process! Step 1: After purchase your ticket on Rakuten Travel Experiences, an E-ticket will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Step 2: When you arrive at the facility, please visit the entrance counter and click on the link in the E-ticket e-mail sent to you at the time of purchase. Please click the "Use" button and show the screen to the staff. (Please ensure that your smartphone can connect to the internet before your visit)
