How it Works 1: Make a reservation (select the date for your preferred delivery date) 2: You will receive a notification email from the service provider within a few days 3: Leave your luggage with front desk staff at your hotel • Please leave your luggage before 09:00 on the day of delivery • Inform the hotel staff that the service provider will collect the luggage 4: Collect your luggage from designated counter at the airport after 16:00, or front desk of your specified hotel after 18:00 by presenting your reservation name and transaction number
Size Limits
- Carry-on luggage: Less than 120 cm
- Check-in luggage: Less than 180cm
- Unregulated luggage: Less than 220 cm
- Weight limit: less than 30 kg
- Content limit: item value of 100,000 JPY or less

Unacceptable Items:
- Wallets (cash and credit cards)
- Identification documents (passports)
- Gems or jewelry
- Flammables (fireworks)

- Animals including pets (dogs, cats, insects, reptiles, fish)
