- In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed 1 day ahead by 18:00 local time by e-mail
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance
- Please confirm the tour number on the spot and gather in front of the LOVE sculpture in front of Shinjuku i-Land Tower
- The bus will leave on time; late comers are considered no-show and will not be refunded
- Please wear light clothing and shoes

- The return time is subject to traffic conditions; please avoid making other arrangements that night
- Lunch is all-you-can-eat Japanese yakiniku and cannot be changed, but you may order additional vegetarian items at the restaurant at your own expense (tour price stays the same)
- Due to limited luggage space, if you would like to bring a large suitcase on board please inform us when booking. Each person is limited to one large suitcase on the bus.
- If there is heavy traffic in the Mount Taihei Cherry Blossom Tunnel or the best period for viewing by bus has passed, you will be able to visit the Mount Taihei Cherry Blossom Tunnel by car instead

- If the traveler abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons, the company will not provide a refund.
- The best blossom viewing period may vary slightly due to weather conditions. Once the itinerary is organized, it will depart as usual regardless of the cherry blossom blooming conditions. Please be aware.
- Vehicles and staff will be dispatched according to the number of people. Please be informed if there are only a small number of travelers in the group, a driver and an accompanying staff will be arranged to provide the whole tour service, and no additional guide will be sent. After arriving at each attraction, travelers can explore freely
