Important Information

  • This service is only available for flights scheduled to land 05:00–20:30.
  • There is no time limit for hotel pickup and transfer for a departing flight.
  • Please note that this is a shared transfer service, not a private transfer. You cannot choose your pick-up time, vehicle type, or other details. Additionally, you may have to wait for other guests who have also booked this service.
  • For departures from KIX, your driver will wait for you at the arrival hall after customs clearance for 30–90 minutes after your flight’s actual arrival time. For departures from your accommodation, your pick-up time is set at about 4 hours prior to your flight departure time. Your exact pick-up time will be emailed to you 3 days before the service date.
  • Note that guests under the same booking must have the same itinerary.
  • We only offer transfers to and from hotels in the Osaka area. We do not offer transfers to or from residences, apartments, guesthouses, capsule hotels, hostels, and vacation homes (‘minpaku’).
  • For transfer from KIX to your accommodation, we do not offer a shuttle service for flights with an arrival time later than 20:30.
  • Children are charged the same price as adults. Infants aged 0–1 may ride for free provided that they sit on a parent or guardian's lap; child seats are not available.
  • If the information that you provided at the time of booking is incomplete, we will contact you to ask further questions. Please check your dashboard.
  • We cannot accommodate guests with pets; however, if you have a service animal, please inquire with us in advance.
  • Please note that we cannot pick you up and drop you off at hotels other than the one you have booked (e.g. train station, other hotels, etc.).
  • Please note that you cannot choose the type of car or the language of the driver.

About Luggage

  • Each passenger may bring up to 2 pieces of luggage plus hand-carried items. We can also accommodate collapsible strollers and wheelchairs for free, but please contact us in advance to ensure space.
  • Additional luggage, cardboard boxes (total dimensions within 110 cm), and golf sets require extra fees; please book the add-ons.
  • Ski boards, snowboards, and surfboards cannot be accommodated.
  • We may not be able to accommodate some other special luggage (e.g., bulky or expensive items that need to be insured, like instruments and paintings); we will let you know if this is the case.
  • For luggage we cannot accommodate, we recommend arranging for delivery from the airport to your accommodation (or vice-versa) yourself.
  • Porter service is not available; please carry your luggage yourself. Guests need to take care of their own luggage.

About Pickup Changes

  • We can adjust your pickup time without charge, if given advance notice, in these cases: — Flight is delayed until next day — Flight is changed by airline, due to bad weather, or due to delayed/cancelled connecting flight
  • For flight arrivals delayed but landing within the same day, we can adjust pickup time without advance notice
  • For flight departures delayed more than 4 hours, we can adjust hotel pickup time if given advance notice
  • If your pickup hotel changes, we can adjust your pickup location but 48 hours notice is required
  • If booking is cancelled due to bad weather, we will refund
  • If you arrive early we will adjust pickup time when possible, but you may need to wait 1 hour or more
  • If you are late without prior notice, it is treated as a no-show and there is no refund (re-booking on the spot with cash payment is possible, subject to availability)

If you're transferring from Kansai International Airport to Osaka, after customs clearance, your driver (or a staff member) will wait for you with a sign saying 'Green Tomato.' Within two hours of your flight's landing, you'll be transported to your hotel in a spacious, comfortable shuttle — just sit back and relax.

If you're transferring from your hotel in Osaka to Kansai International Airport, your driver will pick you up at the bell desk 4 hours before your departure time. You'll be dropped off at Kansai International Airport with more than enough time for all the necessary pre-departure measures.

How it works

For transfer from Kansai Airport to your hotel:

1: Once your booking is confirmed, the details are non-changeable except as noted under “Important Information’ above. For any changes not mentioned above, please cancel your current booking and make a new one.

2: Your driver, who will be holding a signboard saying ‘Green Tomato,’ will wait for you at the arrival hall after customs clearance for 30–90 minutes after your flight’s actual arrival time. If you do not show up within 90 minutes, you will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

3: After meeting your driver, you may go to the restroom, change money, or buy a SIM card at a vending machine. However, due to lack of time, exchanging JR passes or renting mobile phones are not allowed.

4: You will leave the airport within 2 hours of your flight’s arrival. Since this is a shared service, you may have to wait for other passengers.

For transfer from your hotel to Kansai Airport: 1: Once your booking is confirmed, the details are non-changeable except as noted under “Important Information’ above. For any changes not mentioned above, please cancel your current booking and make a new one.

2: We will inform you of your pick-up time 3 days before your requested date, so please check your email. Generally, you will be picked up 4 hours before your flight, and you will not be able to choose the time.

3: On your requested date, please be at your hotel’s bell desk 15 minutes before your pick-up time. If you do not show up by your pick-up time, you will be treated as a no-show; no refunds will be issued.
