For any changes not mentioned above, please cancel your current booking and make a new one. 2: Your driver, who will be holding a signboard saying ‘Green Tomato,’ will wait for you at the arrival hall after customs clearance for 30–90 minutes after your flight’s actual arrival time. If you do not show up within 90 minutes, you will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued. 3: After meeting your driver, you may go to the restroom, change money, or buy a SIM card at a vending machine. However, due to lack of time, exchanging JR passes or renting mobile phones are not allowed. 4: You will leave the airport within 2 hours of your flight’s arrival.
