- Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
- This activity is not recommended for women more than 3 months pregnant, or anyone that has motion sickness
- It may not be possible to see the drift ice due to weather or berthing situations; there will be no refunds or compensation for this — If the icebreaker ship is cancelled altogether, you can get a refund for part of the travel fee, and visit the Okhotsk Sea Ice Museum in Mombetsu City instead — If the tour is unable to reach Mombetsu City either, you can visit the Hokkaido Ice Pavilion in Kamikawa Town instead
- Large luggage is stored in the trunk at the bottom of the bus; after departure, you will not be able to access your luggage until the end of the tour
- Please that seats on the bus are limited, and dates may sell out suddenly
For Gold Plan
- This activity will not visit Asahiyama Zoo
- You will have time for lunch at the Ocean Exchange Center at your own expense (there is a food court and convenience store)
For Silver Plan
- This activity will not visit Sounkyo Ice Fall Festival
- You will have time for lunch at Asahiyama Zoo at your own expense (there is a restaurant and convenience store)
For Bronze Plan
- This activity will not visit Sounkyo Ice Fall Festival or Asahiyama Zoo
- You will have time for lunch at the Ocean Exchange Center at your own expense (there is a food court and convenience store)
Good to know
- Please wear warm clothes
- In case of delays, please do not join the tour on the last day of a trip to Sapporo; no compensation will be provided in case of bus delay
- The route may be changed or delayed due to road conditions, bad weather irregularities, etc.; in such cases, the trip fee will not be refunded for cancellations made on the day of the tour
- The bus conductor is not a tour guide, but only provides simple explanations such as guidance on regrouping and departure
- Dinner is not included
- Regarding meals, places where you can buy them are limited, so please prepare a light meal in advance
- You cannot eat or drink on the bus, so it will be outdoors, but please eat when you get off the bus at each sightseeing spot or resting place
