Important Information
- Infants (ages 0–2) ride free of charge if they do not require a seat, though admission fees and souvenirs are not included (infants requiring a seat must pay the child fare)
- Please indicate the number of infants, their names, ages and genders, at the time of booking
- Larger items such as suitcases will be securely stored in the bus's trunk; please be aware you won't have access to these during the tour
- On the day of the tour, please inform the reception staff if you have luggage to check-in
- Meeting time is scheduled 10 minutes prior to departure; we kindly request all participants to arrive punctually as, in most cases, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals after the departure time, which will be treated as a "no-show"
- Changing your pick-up point on the day of the tour is not possible
- Be aware the tour doesn't drop off at the pick-up hotels, but at Susukino/Odori Park
- Tour conductors and bus guides will not be on board
- If the number of participants is small, a small bus or jumbo cab may be used
- Please note that there will be no stops (including restroom breaks) between departure and the local venue
- Smoking is prohibited on the buses used on the tour
- The bus does not have a toilet
- Time spent at the festival is subject to change due to road conditions and other factors
- There may be a delay in arrival due to road conditions; also, in case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled on the day.
- If you are on a trip to Hokkaido/Sapporo, please do not participate in this tour on the last day of your trip (there is no compensation for bus delays)
- Please that seats on the bus are limited, and dates may sell out suddenly
