- Please be at your chosen pickup point 10 mins before the departure time; latecomers and or no-shows can’t be refunded
- Participants must be aged 6+
- Valid only on the date selected
- The return trip must be used on the same day
- Lift tickets must be used on the same day as the bus ride
- Receive your lift ticket from the driver when you board the bus
- Large luggage such as skis will be stored in the trunk of the bus, be sure to collect it on arrival
- For safety reasons this is not recommended for women more than 1 month pregnant, children aged 1–6, or anyone suffering from illness to participate in this activity
- It is recommended to purchase accident or travel insurance that covers skiing before participating in this activity

Tomamu is an extremely cold area where the temperature often drops below -10 degrees, so the snow quality is very light, so you can ski on ultra-dry powder snow at any time.
Furthermore, You can enjoy "Ice Ramen'' and "Ice Theater’’ where both the soup and ingredients are chilled. The lowest temperature is -30 degrees! Experience the world of ice that can only be realized in the extremely cold Tomamu.
