- . Please insert this ticket into the automatic ticket gate when using Nankai Electric Railway. When using Nankai Ferry, Tokushima Bus, and Tokushima City Transportation Bureau, please show the ticket to the staff.
- . Please pay separate fares for sections that cannot be used with this ticket.
- . Seat-reserved train requires the payment of an additional Limited Express ticket.
- . Partial refunds are not possible if multiple tickets are booked with the same order.
- . Refunds cannot be made after the start of use even if the line is stopped.
- . If you are to print out the voucher, please make sure to print out all instructions below the QR code, not just the QR code itself. We cannot exchange it to the train ticket with only the QR code.
- . Lost tickets will not be reissued.

How it works
From reservation to pickup, it's a simple 2-step process! 1: After booking on Rakuten Travel Experiences, an e-voucher will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
2: Exchange the voucher for an actual Nankai Tokushima Free Pass on the day of your visit. On arrival at the ticket counter, click the link in the voucher e-mail sent to you at the time of booking. Then, click the "Use" button and show the screen to the staff (please ensure that your phone can connect to the internet before your visit) to receive your pass.
