[Judgment Criteria] ▶ The criteria for judging whether or not to hold the event is not the weather but the sea conditions. ▶ It is rarely canceled due to rain, but it will be canceled when it rains heavily and there is a possibility that visibility in the water may be poor. ▶ If the wind is strong and the sea is rough, it may be canceled even in fine weather. ▶ Yakushima is a huge island, and the weather and sea conditions in the south and north are completely different. Whether or not the event will be held will be decided based on the situation in the northern part of the venue. [How to confirm cancellation / contact date and time] ▶ In case of cancellation, we will contact you by phone as much as possible by the day before, but we may make a decision by looking at the state of the sea on the morning of the day.

Precautions: [Age-related notes]▶For families with small children up to the third grade of elementary school (infants and children aged 5-9) or groups including at least one person aged 65 or older (65-69), a "private tour" will be provided for safety reasons. [About transfers] ▶ The area where transfers are possible is the section from Nagata clockwise through Isminato, Miyanoura, and Koseda to Awa. Please tell us "I would like a transfer" when making a reservation. ▶ However, transfers may be difficult for the section from Koseda (Yakushima Airport) to Awa, and for Nagata, depending on the reservation situation on the day. Especially during busy periods, transfers are possible in the morning and evening, but transfers during the day are often difficult. Please inquire in advance about whether transfers are possible or not. ▶If you arrive at Yakushima by plane during the day and would like to be picked up, please take a bus to Miyanoura and we will pick you up at restaurants and souvenir shops in Miyanoura. [About meeting at the site] ▶It is also possible to meet at the site by rental car. ▶If you are staying at a distant inn or coming by bus, you can be picked up at Miyanoura. ▶The meeting place is "Ichiminato Beach Parking Lot" located directly north of the island.
