• Clothing/Belongings: [What to bring] Swimsuit or underwear that can get wet (essential) [Helpful to have] Towel Shoes that can get wet (sneakers that won't come off while swimming, or sports sandals that cover your toes) Sunscreen Glasses strap (if you wear glasses) Copy of your health insurance card *Shoe rental available for ¥200 [Clothing] Long-sleeved shirt and long pants made of synthetic material are recommended. Cotton is not suitable as it absorbs water, becomes heavy, and draws heat away from you. If wearing a wetsuit, please wear a swimsuit or underwear that can get wet underneath.
