Description
A kayaking instructor from the Japan Recreational Canoe Association (JRCA) will guide you. Kayaking is an activity where you get on a small boat and paddle alternately left and right with a double-bladed paddle with blades on both sides to move forward on the water surface. Take a mini tour of the beautiful, clear Yoshino River in a full-fledged river kayak. It's a little difficult until you get used to it, but once you do, it's twice as fun. There are lessons on how to get on and off the kayak, how to paddle, posture, control, and what to do if you capsize, so even beginners can participate with confidence. The mini touring course is a section of about 1.5 km with a gentle current without waves. Once you get used to kayaking, you can take a walk on your own, or if you want to learn more, you can continue to learn. You can flow with the flow of the river, look at the scenery and be healed, or paddle yourself and explore the shore to look for creatures. There are endless ways to enjoy it ♪ If you request it, you can swim in the river or jump off the rocks. *We do not go down the rapids (where there are waves). *Please contact us if you weigh over 80kg. Depending on your weight, you may be in an inflatable kayak. *Height limit: 120cm or more (any age) Recommended for those who: 1: Are new to outdoor activities but want to try the classic outdoor activities! 2: Want to try something a little more serious! 3: Want to enjoy at an affordable price! Tour flow: Meet at base (09:45/10:45/13:30) Reception, insurance, change of clothes Departure Safety explanation, rowing practice Start of mini touring End of mini touring Change of clothes Flow Disband (~11:45/~12:45/~15:30) *Tour time may vary depending on water level, weather, wind direction, and customer's physical strength. *Photos taken during the tour can be viewed in a slideshow after the tour. Photos are downloadable, so please purchase the QR code at the reception on the day. Comments from staff: Recommended for those who want to try a little more serious activities. It is more difficult than packrafting, but that's also what makes it interesting. Although it is a section with a gentle current, paddling down the Yoshino River yourself will give you a sense of accomplishment!
