Important Information
- Be sure to bring your e-ticket with QR Code*
- Tickets are valid only on the date selected
- Tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged
- Children aged 0–11 cannot enter the spa alone; please be sure to be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Entering or staying between 00:00am and 05:00am carries a surcharge of 1,300 JPY, and bathing tax (for middle-school children and older) of 150 JPY
- Entry to the European Zone (4F) and Asian Zone (6F) is restricted by gender, and switches every month
- Additional payment is required to access the pools and waterslides, for swimsuit or gym shoes rental, roof terrace seating, luxury terrace, “ganban-yoku” bedrock spa, play spot facilities, or car parking; please check fees and pay onsite
- Entry is strictly prohibited for those with tattoos or associated with organized crime groups
- Operating hours may change with or without notice; please check the official website before visiting
- Operation of facilities may be suspended without prior notice due to local conditions
