Local teams called "nebuta-gumi" compete to create their floats, and at night, lanterns are lit and a parade is held with powerful music. The participants dance while carrying the nebuta, and it is also exciting for spectators. Nebuta have a wide variety of designs, including historical heroes, myths, and entertainers. This powerful nebuta parade, with its lively dancing and music, is especially impressive at night!
