- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting place 15 minutes before departure; please be punctual as there will be no waiting for late-comers
- Please be on time at the gathering time of each spot during the tour; please note you will not be refunded if you cannot continue participating in the activities due to personal reasons such as being late
- The itinerary may be changed, or the visit to a spot may be canceled due to force majeure, such as traffic or weather
- The ride of the aerial tramway may be changed due to weather conditions or regular maintenance; in this case we will refund the price difference caused by the change
- If the arial tramway is closed, it will be replaced by another option such as a bus to Owakudani
- In the case of traffic congestion, the visit time at the Gotemba outlet may be shortened
- In case of bad weather, such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour or not 1 day before departure (15:00 local time) and notify you by email
- Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions
- Note this plan doesn’t include lunch; you can bring your own food or have lunch at restaurants at Mt. Fuji, Kawaguchiko, Gotemba Outlet, etc.
- There will be many people during the flowering season; we recommend you prepare food for the journey in springtime, as there may be severe traffic jams
- Pregnant women and those with special physical conditions should be aware there is long-distance traffic time in the plan; please note that we can’t take responsibility for emergencies caused by physical discomfort during the travel, and be aware it may be impossible to get immediate medical attention
- The Mt. Fuji panoramic view may not be visible in case of bad weather
- Note that Owakudani is a natural volcanic area, which may be inaccessible due to high sulfur concentration, and the itinerary may be changed
- Every person can take one piece of hand luggage onto the bus; please keep other luggage in your hotel or nearby lockers

Our next stop will be Owakudani, which means "Great Boiling Valley," a remarkable site formed by a volcanic eruption over 4,000 years ago. The valley emits billowing white smoke with a strong scent of sulfur. Here, you'll have the opportunity to purchase the renowned "kuro-tamago" (black boiled egg), which legend says will extend your life by seven years after eating one.
Lastly, we'll venture to Japan's largest outlet mall – Gotemba Premium Outlets. There, you can indulge in shopping for famous brands at the most affordable prices in Japan!
Alternatively, you have the option to relax in an onsen while others go shopping (additional fee).
