Activitty cancellation: Generally, tours will be held unless there is poor visibility due to bad sea conditions or weather, which interferes with boat operations or prevents beach lifeguards from monitoring, or swimming is prohibited in the swimming area. If a cancellation is decided the day before, we will contact you directly by mobile phone. If the boat company makes the decision on the morning of the day, we will call you by mobile phone from around 7:00-7:30 AM, starting with those with the earliest boat departure, as soon as the cancellation decision is made. If a typhoon, bad sea conditions, or bad weather is expected on the day of your reservation, please make sure that your mobile phone is connected and that you will be able to be contacted.

Precautions: ・People who have consumed alcohol, are unwell, are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant, or have organ diseases will not be allowed to participate. ・Feeding is prohibited during boat snorkeling, out of consideration for the natural environment and ecosystem. You can see the fish normally, so please enjoy the sea as it is. ・To prevent water accidents during your stay on Minna Island, you must wear a life jacket when using a snorkel or underwater goggles! ・Those under 18 years old must submit a parental consent form. ・Participants must be 4 years old or older, but those under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children aged 4 to 5 who wish to participate can apply for the child rate or an option on site. Please note that we may not be able to accept reservations on site, including during busy periods. ・Please have lunch at the beach house (parlor) during your free time. ・Those who wish to take the afternoon trip should have lunch beforehand. ・Reservations are basically accepted for groups of two or more, so please contact us if you wish to participate alone.
