SUP yoga, SUP fishing, there are infinite ways to enjoy. If you add a lecture on land (separately), even beginners will be able to do it easily. After SUP, you can take a shower for 500 yen by presenting the receipt to "Isshiki BASE". -Points for choosing a schedule -Isshiki Beach is hard on days when the wind is over 5 meters, so it seems better for beginners to intermediate level people to avoid it.
