When you think of "Hoto", many people think of pumpkin, but Hoto Laboratory is a seafood Hoto specialty store. Enjoy a luxurious seafood Hoto with plenty of seafood ingredients in a delicious soup full of seafood broth. We will also talk about the history and culture of Hoto, such as how to make it at home and various ways to eat it. There are few places to visit around Lake Kawaguchi when the weather is bad, such as rain, so it's okay!
