Spend a relaxing and comfortable time in this garden close to the sky. ■Garden Museum Hiei is located on the top of Mt. Hiei. At the summit of Hiei, where the temperature is 4-5°C lower than in the downtown city, flowers from spring to summer generally bloom about a month later. In addition, the roses, which usually bloom in early summer, around mid-June, continue to bloom from the cool climate of Mt. Hiei until autumn, around late October.
