Eligibility
- Ages 0–2 can join this tour free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
- This tour can accommodate disabled participants and wheelchairs, as long as they are accompanied by an adult
- This tour requires a minimum of 15 participants to go ahead. Operation will be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date, or if the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund,
Notes
- The trip conductor can speak Japanese, however, they will mainly speak English or Chinese depending on the majority of the tour group’s foreign participants
- Please check the HitachI Seaside Park website for more information on seasonal flower blossoms
- In case of a small number of participants, a rental car may be arranged for tour departure instead of a tour bus
Autumn tours
- Pick 300 grams of chestnuts and 2 pears (tasting included) at the orchard, which will be given as souvenir gifts; fruits' flavor may be different depending on ripeness and condition
- Depending on the weather and fruit growth/ripeness conditions, if fruit-picking is not available, each person will receive a gift of two pre-picked fruits
- Kokia flowers turn red from early Oct until the end of month, and actual growth may be different due to weather conditions

After Hitachi Seaside Park our next stop depends on the season. In spring, Ashikaga Flower Park is known for its flowers that blossom from March to July. After the second flower park, we'll visit Onihei Edo Dokoro to shop for Japanese souvenirs.
In fall, take a stroll instead through Mito Kairakuen Park, one of Japan's top three gardens, and admire the Zen-like beauty of this ancient Japanese garden.
Then, enjoy a fun experience of picking tasty fruit like pears or kaki (persimmon) in Ibaraki's orchards! Then we visit the Mentai Park Oarai — a large production plant that makes more than five tons of tasty mentaiko every day!
