Important Information

Booking

• For groups of 1–5, you may charter a cruise by paying the 6-person price.
• Infants aged 0–3 are free of charge if reserving for 7 or more people.
• If you are bringing any infant aged 0–3, please let us know the number during booking. Joining the Cruise
• Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time.
• Please note if you are late for the meeting time on the day, we will not be responsible for refunds.
• In case of bad weather, the cruise may be postponed at the captain's discretion. We will guide you to another cruise that is available. If it is difficult to transfer to another cruise, we will accept cancellation (refund).
• In case of light rain, the cruise will be in service. Rain coats are available at the site for 100 yen.
• In case of stormy weather, the cruise may be canceled.
• The cherry blossoms may not be in bloom depending on the flowering situation. The boat will operate even if the cherry blossoms are not in bloom, and there will be no refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please do not bring outside food or drinks.
• Note that we cannot accommodate food allergies.
• Participants must be aged 20 or older to drink alcohol.
• We do not rent out jackets; please wear warm clothing.
• If you are concerned about seasickness, please take your own seasickness medicine at least 30 minutes before boarding. There is no seasickness medicine on the boat.
• If you are traveling with a stroller, we will keep it at the pier.
• There is no restroom on the Venetian Cruiser. Please go to the toilet before boarding if you are assigned this vessel. Infection Prevention Measures
• Please sanitize your hands before boarding.
• Please wear a mask.
• Please take your body temperature on the day of before coming to the pier. Please refrain from boarding the boat if your body temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher or if you are not feeling well.
• We reserve the right to refuse boarding to those with symptoms of the common cold.
