Open all year round, from 09:00 (including New Year's Day) Outside food and drink are allowed in the rest area or under the outdoor tent. Rakuten Travel Experiences offers advance e-tickets for 220 JPY off for adults and high school students, 120 JPY off for elementary and junior high school students, and 60 JPY off for infants (3 years and older) from the regular price sold onsite (2,200 JPY for adults and high school students, 1,200 JPY for elementary and junior high school students, and 600 JPY for infants (3 years and older). Baby stroller, if necessary (there are free rentals, but the numbers are limited). Rain gear in case of rain (we also have outdoor facilities). Re-entry is allowed if leaving for a short time (e.g. to fetch something from your car), so please ask the staff at the ticket gate; please refrain from going out for a long time. Please note that all facilities have ramps and elevators. You may take pictures of the tanks, but please note that some tanks do not allow flash. Feel free to post photos and videos on social media for fun, but please be careful about exposing personal information, and note that permission from the museum is required to use photos or videos for profit.
