Description
Nihonryori RyuGin is an exceptional Japanese restaurant situated in Hibiya, in the very heart of Tokyo. The main concept of the restaurant is tasting the blessings of the four seasons. Chef Seiji Yamamoto who manages RyuGin's wide selection of exquisite dishes emphasizes the seasonal diversity and natural blessing of the ingredients used. The unique combination of the seasonal tastes is what makes RyuGin's dinner highly palatable!
Part of the excitement of dining at RyuGin lies in the fact that you cannot guess what exactly Chef Yamamoto has prepared for you on the night of your visit. From fresh vegetables in spring, through eel and fresh-water fish in spring, mushrooms in autumn and pufferfish (fugu) in winter, the variety will satisfy even the most demanding tastes!
There are in total 40 seats including one private room for 8 people and two semi-private rooms for 4 or 8 people.
