About Bookings:
- Nihonryori RyuGin decides their schedule about 2 months in advance; if you request a booking more than 2 months in advance, we will confirm the status after the restaurant announces opening dates for that month
- All bookings are on a request basis, and will be accepted or declined within a few days; we appreciate your patience while we contact the restaurant
- We are unable to accept any reservation if it coincides with your arrival date.
- Children aged 10 or older are welcome, and are served the same courses as adults
- Up to 8 people per group About Your Visit: In order for all guests to have the RyuGin experience as intended:
- Dress code is semi-formal: guests wearing shorts, sandals, t-shirts, or hats will be turned away
- Wearing fragrances is strictly not permitted as it interferes with the appreciation of the meal
- Bringing your own food, drinks, cups or glasses is not permitted
- Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in any part of the restaurant, and guests are asked not to leave their seat during the meal to smoke outside
- SLR cameras, cameras with long straps, flash photography, and shooting video are not permitted at the table
- Please refrain from holding business meetings during the meal, and do not put documents, computers, or personal effects on the table

Nihonryori RyuGin is an exceptional Japanese restaurant situated in Hibiya, in the very heart of Tokyo. The main concept of the restaurant is tasting the blessings of the four seasons. Chef Seiji Yamamoto who manages RyuGin's wide selection of exquisite dishes emphasizes the seasonal diversity and natural blessing of the ingredients used. The unique combination of the seasonal tastes is what makes RyuGin's dinner highly palatable!
Part of the excitement of dining at RyuGin lies in the fact that you cannot guess what exactly Chef Yamamoto has prepared for you on the night of your visit. From fresh vegetables in spring, through eel and fresh-water fish in spring, mushrooms in autumn and pufferfish (fugu) in winter, the variety will satisfy even the most demanding tastes!
