Nihonryori RyuGin is an exceptional Japanese restaurant situated in Hibiya, in the very heart of Tokyo. The main concept of the restaurant is tasting the blessings of the four seasons. Chef Seiji Yamamoto who manages RyuGin's wide selection of exquisite dishes emphasizes the seasonal diversity and natural blessing of the ingredients used.
