Arriving at Kansai International Airport (KIX) then heading to central Osaka, or staying in central Osaka and heading out to the airport? If you're visiting Japan as a temporary visitor, save some money with this handy one-way ticket that allows you to take the Haruka airport liner limited express directly to Shin-Osaka or Tennoji Station. From either, you can also transfer to other selected stations in Osaka City.
The Haruka, also known as the Kansai Airport Limited Express is a convenient and comfortable limited express train that directly links Kansai International Airport (KIX) with major stations in west Japan's Kansai region: Tennoji, Shin-Osaka, and Kyoto. From Kansai-Airport Station, it takes approximately 35 minutes to Tennoji, 50 minutes to Shin-Osaka, and 1 hour and 20 minutes to Kyoto. Currently, the Haruka runs 60 rides (30 round-trips) a day. This handy, special one-way pass for foreign visitors to Japan is cheaper than booking the Haruka at regular price. On top of the direct ride via Haruka to Shin-Osaka or Tennoji Station, it also includes a ride via local, rapid, or special rapid train to selected stations in Osaka City. This means that, for example, once the Haruka arrives at Shin-Osaka or Tennoji, you can transfer to any of the above-mentioned types of trains (as long as they're operated by JR West) and get off at other stations within the coverage area, such as Universal-City Station, the gateway to Universal Studios Japan. This special pass grants the holder both time and cost savings, so book now for a smooth, hassle-free ride between Kansai International Airport and Shin-Osaka or Tennoji!
