Universal Express Pass 4 – Variety Choice lets you skip the line at the following attractions: 1. Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™* 2. Flight of the Hippogriff™* 3. Either Jaws or Hollywood Dream: The Ride 4. Either Jurassic Park: The Ride or The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man: The Ride 4K3D* *These rides have designated timed entry, please be sure to go at the time specified on your pass. Whether you're mad for modern Hollywood blockbusters like the Harry Potter series, or more excited by classics like Jaws and Jurassic Park, you're going to want a Universal Express Pass to make the most of your day at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka! Universal Express Passes almost always sell out in advance, so book early to avoid disappointment. As well as letting you skip the lines at four rides, this pass includes Area Timed Entry Tickets to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™. These tickets are essential for guaranteed entry to the area, which has limited access on busy days. Additionally, get the most out of your Japan trip by downloading the Travel Contents app, co-developed by Universal Studios Japan. With this app, you can receive discount coupons, earn redeemable points by checking in to selected attractions, rack up reward points while shopping at partner establishments, and more.
How it works
1) Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your Express Pass with a QR code. Please check carefully for details such as the date and validity period 2)Please note that you will not be able to select a time slot for the express pass. The starting time is randomly generated by the system (The system will select the earliest available time slot for the specific pass) 3) Note that you will need to separately book a Studio Pass for entry to Universal Studios Japan 4) On the day of your visit, present your QR code at the entrance of each ride for entry. For timed-entry rides, please go at the time specified on your pass 5) Tickets are non-refundable by park policy, but If you are unable to travel due to diagnosis of COVID-19, please provide a diagnosis certificate issued by a hospital to Rakuten Travel Experiences and we will apply for a refund on your behalf Using the Universal Express Pass • There are a limited number of Universal Express Passes available for each day and time slot • Universal Express Passes are only valid on the booked date, which cannot be changed after booking • One Express Pass per person is required • If your Express Pass includes a temporarily closed attraction, you will be offered an alternative, excluding the following: • Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ • Flight of the Hippogriff • Hollywood Dream: The Ride — Backdrop • Some attractions have designated timed entry; Express Pass timings are allocated according to availability and cannot be selected; you will be informed of your time slot when receiving your pass • If you arrive late to an attraction with timed access, you will not be refunded, and you will not be able to change to a different time slot • Universal Express Passes cannot be used by those who enter the park with a Twilight Pass (for entry after 15:00)
