• As of March 1, 2018, Uffizi Gallery tickets also include free admission to the National Archaeological Museum (valid for 5 days from the date on which the ticket is used for admission to the Uffizi) • Holders of reduced tickets will be asked for a document proving their right to the price reduction. Entry will be denied without it • Admission to the museum is free on the first Sunday of every month • Children aged under 18 can enter for free • Children aged under 12 can enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult • The following are forbidden within the museum:
- touching the works of art
- leaning against the sculpture pedestals/bases or walls
- smoking
- littering with chewing gum
- consuming food and drinks
- sitting on the ground or on the security barriers
- speaking loudly
- behaving in ways not suited to the dignity of the place
- bringing backpacks and umbrellas; on a rainy day it is recommended to bring only a small foldable umbrella
- using your mobile phone
- using a selfie stick to take photographs
- using laser pointers • Taking photographs and videos is permitted provided they are taken without flash, lights, and tripods, for personal, non-profit use only • Using the elevator at the entrance of the museum is reserved for people who have special needs – including temporary – and the maximum capacity is 6 persons at a time • Reservations are not guaranteed until we have sent your voucher or ticket • Museum entry is granted by showing your voucher or ticket; other documents (receipt, etc.) are not valid for entry • Issued vouchers or tickets cannot be changed, refunded, or canceled
