Important Information
- One child aged 5 or under can accompany each paying adult for free provided they do not occupy a seat

Voucher Redemption
- All tickets must be collected from Kansai International Airport, and an internet connection is required
- E-vouchers are valid up to 365 days after purchase, but please note that confirmation is not instant and there may be some delay between booking and receiving your voucher
- You must use your bus ticket the same day that you redeem your e-voucher (use return tickets up to 365 days after booking)
- Tickets in the same order need to be redeemed at the same time onsite, and cannot be redeemed separately; if you would like to redeem tickets separately, please purchase in separate orders
- Be sure to collect the physical ticket at the Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 or 2 Kansai Limousine Bus ticket office, as e-vouchers cannot be used to board
- For exchange at Kansai International Airport, scan the 2D barcode on the e-voucher with the Automated Ticket Machine at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 of Kansai International Airport: Terminal 1: — North information counter — South information counter — A ticketing counter — B ticketing counter — C ticketing counter — D ticketing counter Terminal 2: — Domestic flight A ticketing counter — International flight information counter
