Key Information

Description

Experience two fun and popular activities in one day: snorkel at the Blue Cave, then try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). With its waters giving off a mysterious blue color thanks to the way that the sun is reflected on their surface, the Blue Cave is one of Okinawa's most popular spots for water activities such as diving and snorkeling. This cave is semi-submerged in water; beneath, you'll find a diverse range of colorful tropical fish and coral reefs. The fish here are quite used to people, so you can feed them — an experience that small children will surely enjoy. If this will be your first time snorkeling, there's no better place for your first snorkeling experience than the scenic Blue Cave! Meanwhile, SUP involves standing (although you can also sit!) on a sturdy board while out on the water, and using paddles to propel yourself forward. This fairly new water activity has been gaining popularity in Japan in recent years.
