Ticket usage
- Once your booking is confirmed, an e-ticket will be sent to your email.
- On the day of your visit, present your e-ticket on your smartphone at the Little Prince Museum’s ticket counter for entry. Note that Junior (Student) and Senior ticket holders will be asked to present a valid student ID or valid ID for verification at the entrance. If you are unable to present a valid ID at the venue, you must top-up for a regular ticket to enter. Note • Children aged 0–5 may enter for free • Note that you will have to select "00:00" as your preferred visit time when booking, but your ticket can be used within the validity period of this ticket anytime during the facility's operating hours • A smartphone with internet access is required in order to present your e-ticket for entry. Please do not print your ticket or display it on a device other than a smartphone (e.g. a tablet) • Please make sure to have a museum staff member help with redeeming your ticket • Please be careful not to redeem your ticket by mistake. If you present a ticket that has already been redeemed, you will not be allowed to enter the museum • Tickets cannot be used along with other coupons • Tickets cannot be transferred, resold, or refunded.
