• This service is only for Diamond Princess Cruise passengers • Please note that this is a shared transfer service, not a private transfer. You cannot choose your pick-up time, vehicle type, or other details. Additionally, you may have to wait for other guests who have also booked this service • Our system sets the start time at 08:00 (from Yokohama Port) and 11:30 (for Yokohama Port) by default, but for departures from Yokohama Port, your driver will wait for you from 08:00–10:30 at the arrival hall, while for departures for Yokohama Port, your exact pick-up time will be emailed to you 1 day before the service date • We only offer transfer to and from selected hotels (including ryokan) in 15 of Tokyo's 23 wards (Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Koto, Meguro, Minato, Ota, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Sumida, Taito, and Toshima — please check our list for confirmation: https://rakuten-travelexp.net/airport-transfer-hotel-list) • Children and Infants are charged the same price as adults. • If the information that you provided at the time of booking is incomplete, we will contact you to ask further questions. If you're transferring from Yokohama Port to central Tokyo, just look for our desk (with a sign saying 'Green Tomato') at the arrival hall, past the CIQ area. By 10:30 am, you'll be transported to your hotel in a spacious, comfortable shuttle — just sit back and relax.
If you're transferring from your hotel in central Tokyo to Yokohama Port, your driver will wait for you with a sign saying 'Green Tomato' at the bell desk. After pick-up, you'll then be dropped off at Yokohama Port.

How it works
• Please print out your voucher and show it to a staff when you check-in • The voucher can be downloaded from your dashboard after the booking is accepted
For transfer from Yokohama Port to your hotel: • On your landing date, we will wait for you from 08:00–10:30 • Please look for our desk (with a sign saying 'Green Tomato') at the arrival hall, past the CIQ area • If you do not show up by 10:30, you will be considered a no-show; no refunds will be issued • The drive to your hotel in central Tokyo will take around 1–1.5 hours (subject to change depending on the location of your hotel, traffic, weather, and other conditions)
Regarding changes to your booking (for arrivals): • If the arrival port will be changed due to the weather, you will be refunded, but we cannot rearrange a transfer for you • If your arrival time at Yokohama Port will be delayed, or if the arrival date will be changed to the next day due to the weather, we will arrange a shuttle for you without extra charges • If you will no longer need our transfer service for the reasons above, we can issue refunds subject to certain conditions. Please be sure to contact us immediately so that we can confirm your cancellation; otherwise, you will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued • We cannot accommodate any changes to your booking other than the above; for any other changes, please cancel your current booking and make a new one
For transfer from your hotel to Yokohama Port: • Generally, pick-up time will be between 11:30–14:00 (you will not be able to choose the time). We will inform you of your pick-up time 1 day before your departure date, so please check your email. • On your departure date, please be at your hotel’s bell desk a few minutes before your pick-up time. Your driver will wait for you with a sign saying 'Green Tomato' at the bell desk. • If you do not show up by your pick-up time, you will be treated as a no-show; no refunds will be issued • The drive to Yokohama Port will take around 1 hour (subject to change depending on the location of your hotel, traffic, weather, and other conditions)
Regarding changes to your booking (for departures): • If your departure time will be changed to a different time (but still within the same day) due to the weather, we will arrange a shuttle for you without extra charges • If your departure time will be changed to the next day, we will arrange a shuttle for you without extra charges, but please inform us in advance • Regarding the scenario above, if you will be staying in a different hotel on that day, as long as it is in central Tokyo, we can also arrange a shuttle for you, but please be sure to inform us as well of your new hotel's name and address. If you will be staying in Yokohama instead, we will refund you • We cannot accommodate any changes to your booking other than the above; for any other changes, please cancel your current booking and make a new one
