How it works

For transfer from Yokohama Port to your hotel: • On your landing date, we will wait for you from 08:00–10:30 • Please look for our desk (with a sign saying 'Green Tomato') at the arrival hall, past the CIQ area • If you do not show up by 10:30, you will be considered a no-show; no refunds will be issued • The drive to your hotel in central Tokyo will take around 1–1.5 hours (subject to change depending on the location of your hotel, traffic, weather, and other conditions) Regarding changes to your booking (for arrivals): • If the arrival port will be changed due to the weather, you will be refunded, but we cannot rearrange a transfer for you • If your arrival time at Yokohama Port will be delayed, or if the arrival date will be changed to the next day due to the weather, we will arrange a shuttle for you without extra charges • If you will no longer need our transfer service for the reasons above, we can issue refunds subject to certain conditions. Please be sure to contact us immediately so that we can confirm your cancellation; otherwise, you will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued • We cannot accommodate any changes to your booking other than the above; for any other changes, please cancel your current booking and make a new one For transfer from your hotel to Yokohama Port: • Generally, pick-up time will be between 11:30–14:00 (you will not be able to choose the time). We will inform you of your pick-up time 1 day before your departure date, so please check your email. • On your departure date, please be at your hotel’s bell desk a few minutes before your pick-up time. Your driver will wait for you with a sign saying 'Green Tomato' at the bell desk. • If you do not show up by your pick-up time, you will be treated as a no-show; no refunds will be issued • The drive to Yokohama Port will take around 1 hour (subject to change depending on the location of your hotel, traffic, weather, and other conditions) Regarding changes to your booking (for departures): • If your departure time will be changed to a different time (but still within the same day) due to the weather, we will arrange a shuttle for you without extra charges • If your departure time will be changed to the next day, we will arrange a shuttle for you without extra charges, but please inform us in advance • Regarding the scenario above, if you will be staying in a different hotel on that day, as long as it is in central Tokyo, we can also arrange a shuttle for you, but please be sure to inform us as well of your new hotel's name and address. If you will be staying in Yokohama instead, we will refund you • We cannot accommodate any changes to your booking other than the above; for any other changes, please cancel your current booking and make a new one
