-The time of meeting and disbanding may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour. The store will contact you the day before the tour to inform you of the meeting place and time. If you do not hear from the store by the evening of the day before, please contact お手数ですがinfo@miyako-pipi.comにメールをいただくか or call 0980-79-5990 (Miyakojima ADVENTURE PiPi). -The tour will be held rain or shine. However, we may cancel the tour if we deem that the field is unsafe. -Please change into clothes that you don't mind getting wet before the tour. -Please use the restroom before coming to the tour. (There are no restrooms near the tour site.) -If you are going to be late, please contact us in advance. -Age range is from 3 to 59 years old. -Parking fee of 1000~2000 yen will be charged depending on the field. -Tours are available in Japanese or English. Pick-up and drop-off service is basically available, but we may ask you to meet us on site depending on reservations. Please note that the availability of pick-up and drop-off will be decided the day before the tour.
