Focusing on local and domestically grown ingredients, using no animal products, white sugar, emulsifiers, or thickeners, they make soy milk, tofu, and vegan ice cream that’s kind to nature, to your body, and your soul. Join this workshop to gain skills and knowledge about vegan food and sustainable agriculture, while supporting sustainable travel activities in rural Japan.
