Description

The traditional Japanese house is just a 1-minute walk from Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion). In the same building, you can experience tea ceremony as well.

The Ikebana class is also held by a master who has qualification in English.

First, the master will explain the history of Ikebana, and the differences between Japanese and western flower arrangement.

For the next step, the instructor will show you the traditional style (rule) of Ikebana, how to cut, bend, and make angles.

Finally, you will try making your original Ikebana!
