Make your own Ramen at a Japanese local house, near Nagoya
Overview
In this activity you will be able to visit an ordinary Japanese house and participate in a private cooking class! We will cook Shoyu or Miso ramen, including the dashi soup stock. The activity takes place only 20 min away from Nagoya Station.

Description
The non-soup noodle dish has been imported from China in the past. But noodle in soup evolved originally in Japan. There is a variety of ramen in Japan. Ramen is made with nice flavored oil, mixed soup stock and condiments like soy sauce or Miso.
Below is the itinerary for this activity. You can choose to book a lunch session or an afternoon session.
Lunch time schedule: 11:00 --- Meet at the ticket gates of Kachigawa Station and go to my house 11:00—11:30 Introduction to the activity. First, we'll make the dashi soup stock. 11:30—12:30 Cooking lesson (Ramen: Shoyu (soy sauce) or Miso) 12:30—13:00 Lunch time 13:00— Send you off to Kachigawa Station.
Afternoon time schedule: 17:00---- Meet at the ticket gates of Kachigawa Station and go to my house 17:00—17:30 Introduction to the activity. First, we'll make the Dashi soup stock. 17:30—18:30 Cooking lesson (Ramen: Shoyu (soy sauce) or Miso) 18:30—19:00 Dinner time 19:00—Send you off to Kachigawa Station.

Attention: The noodles are not made from powder in this activity (ready-made noodles will be used).
