Description

■We will take you to Ginzan Onsen, a place of Taisho-era romance that is difficult to reach by public transportation, and Yamadera, an ancient temple in the sky, by chartered bus or jumbo taxi. ■Risshaku-ji Temple and Yamadera TempleThe standard route to worship is to climb the long stone steps of 1,015 steps to Okunoin. It is said that climbing the stone steps will eliminate worldly desires, and they are a blessed form of training. Although it is training, there are many sights along the way, such as historical sites such as haiku monuments and spots with spectacular views, so you can enjoy the climb intellectually and sensorially. *An additional entrance fee of 300 yen will be charged. ■Ginzan OnsenGinzan Onsen is said to be the model for popular Japanese anime! The nostalgic and beautiful townscape is beautiful no matter where you look, and there are plenty of photo spots. The hot spring town is full of cafes, places to eat, and souvenir shops, so you can have a fun time. If you get tired of walking, you can take a break on the free scaffolding set up along the Ginzan River. The hot spring water is sourced directly from the same hot springs as the other inns, so it has excellent health benefits! When you visit, be sure to bring a towel or handkerchief to wipe your feet with. *Shuttle bus fare of 500 yen will be charged separately. ■Cherry Land Sagae This is the largest tourist product center in the prefecture where you can get souvenirs from all over the prefecture! At Sakuranbo Kaikan, located on the same premises, gelato made with local fruits such as cherries and other local specialties is very popular!
