Description
What is shower climbing? Shower climbing (sawa-nobori) is a style of mountain climbing that involves climbing upstream along a mountain stream. Unlike regular mountain trails, in sawanobori you move along with the flow of the water. Basically, the courses and content are designed to ensure that the instructors can carry out the activity safely, so even those with no experience can enjoy the exhilarating, beautiful, untouched nature and enjoy mountain climbing with a high degree of freedom.
