Please come to the work site (near Lake Shirakaba) at the time of your reservation. Due to the heavy snowfall this year, the facility was damaged by snow damage and is currently under construction. Therefore, depending on the timing of your reservation due to interior construction work, we may guide you to a different location nearby (within 3 km of Lake Shirakaba, within 5 minutes by car). Depending on the timing, we can also provide a free shuttle service, so please feel free to contact us.
Please come to the workshop (tent) in front of the store at Lake Shirakaba in Kitayama, Chino City, Nagano Prefecture (pets are allowed as the work is done outdoors). It may be cold on some days, so please dress warmly. * (The store is currently undergoing repair work, so depending on the date of your reservation, the location may change to a different location nearby.)
