The minimum Participating age is 10 years old and anyone who is healthy can participate, so it is recommended for families, couples, groups, etc.! !! (Even children can participate with the consent of their parents.) * From Nov. to May, when it is seasonally cold, wear a dry suit that does not come into contact with the body. * Please note that in the afternoon session (12: 30 ~), only local gatherings will be held.
