Description

SUP stands for stand up paddle board. On a large and buoyant board, Cruising pleasantly while watching the beautiful location of Fusakagura and doing yoga while feeling the senses on the sea. The beach is shallow on the sandy beach and the waves are calm so it is safe for those who are new to SUP. Japanese Sappyoga Association official certified instructor firmly lectures! Tour Steps ① Collect at Choshi Marina Beach ② After filling in the application form, Explanations , change of clothes: 10 minutes ③ Warming up at beach (sandy beach) & yoga: 10 minutes ④ Explanation of SUP (how to ride, how to row): 10 minutes ⑤SUP Cruising : 30 minutes ⑥ SUP Yoga: 60 minutes ⑦ Tour end, shower, changing clothes
