This Moominvalley Park Ticket & Travel Pass bundle includes an entry ticket to Moominvalley Park in Saitama, as well as train and bus travel from central Tokyo to the park. Important Information
- . Only available for non-Japanese passport holders.
- . Validity period: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of exchange. (The validity period will be stamped on the ticket at the time of exchange. )
- . Train: 1. Please show the ticket to the station staff at the information counter near the ticket gates. The station staff will stamp it with the date and name of the station. Please show your ticket to the station staff when you exit the train station as well. 2. The ticket can be used to travel freely for one day for all Seibu train lines (with the exception of the Tamagawa Line). 3. When taking a limited express train and the reserved seat train, a separate charge will be required.
- . Bus: 1. Board one of the buses on the set bus routes to the Moominvalley Park and show the bus driver your ticket when you get off the bus. Applicable only for one round trip. 2. This ticket can only be used for one round trip between the north exit of Hanno Station and Metsä or between the east exit of Higashi-hanno Station and Metsä. 3. The ticket is only valid on the stamped date. 4. The ticket may be used for buses operated by Seibu Bus, Kokusai Kogyo Bus and Eagle Bus.
- . Entry to Moominvalley Park: 1. Show your ticket to the staff at the Moominvalley Park entrance and enter the park after they stamp your ticket with an entry stamp. 2. Each ticket allows park entry for one person. 3. The ticket is only valid on the boarding date that has been stamped on the front of it. <Available facilities > Moominhouse, Emma's theater, Exhibition facility "Kokemus", Little My's Play Spot, Oshun Oxtra, and Helmulen's playground Note: For admission to an attraction which is not on the list above, please purchase a ticket at the ticket vending machines inside the park.
- . Tickets must be picked up at SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro in Ikebukuro Station. Time: 8:00 -15:00 (see schedule for location details).
