Description
This tour is available all year round, except from December 28 to January 3. It lasts for approximately an hour, with start times every 30 minutes from 08:30 to 16:30.
It roughly follows this sample itinerary:
08:30 — Meet at the parking lot of Unagi Onsen
08:35 — See Lake Unagi
08:45 — Visit locations in Unagi Onsen with a connection to the historically significant samurai, Saigo Takamori, who spent some time at Unagi Onsen for relaxation and recovery
09:00 — Steam an egg and seasonal local produce in a sume oven
09:25 — Walk back to the parking lot of Unagi Onsen
09:30 — Return to the parking lot of Unagi Onsen; tour ends
