- In the event that you board an Expressway Bus that goes beyond the scope of this bus, please pay the prescribed fare for the section you have traveled
- Passengers can bring luggage for free under the following conditions: — The weight does not exceed 10 kg — The total volume does not exceed 0.027 cubic meters — The luggage length is 1 meter or less
- Please note the bus staff may restrict the amount of luggage you can bring if it blocks the aisles and emergency exits

Tickets Without Bus Transfer 1: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email (titled “Your Tickets”) with your e-ticket 2: Your e-ticket is valid only for the date specified 3: On the day of your visit, present your e-ticket (printed or displayed on your smartphone) at the venue to enter
Tickets Including Bus Transfer 1: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email (titled “Your Tickets”) with your voucher 2: Your voucher is valid up to 2 months from the date of purchase 3: The e-voucher can be redeemed at the appropriate JR Bus counter at 10:00 am, one month and one day prior to the boarding date, and within a period of two months from the date of issue . (Example) [Boarding: May 01] → The day before: April 30 → 1 month ago → [Redemption start date: March 30] Please provide your e-voucher upon redeeming, as it will be invalid after the expiration date.
