Kaiyukan recommends carrying infants; the Service Counter can keep strollers free of charge. **Guide dogs**, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs can enter the aquarium with their owners. Pets are not allowed. **Coin lockers** of various sizes are available for 200–700 JPY, usable during aquarium opening hours only. A **first aid room** and **nursing room** are available on the second and sixth floors, and a nearby **prayer room** is on the third floor of the Tempozan Marketplace.
