This is the only facility in Tokyo where you can interact with alpacas. There are various ways to interact with the alpacas, such as entering the fence, feeding them, taking pictures, and even brushing them.
Come and be healed by touching the fluffy and gentle alpacas!
If there is room in the next slot, you can extend your visit on the same day.
How it works
**Business Hours:** 10:00-18:00 *12:30-13:30 and 15:30-16:00 are alpaca resting hours. **Closed:** Monday(If that day falls on a national holiday or substitute holiday, the following day will be a holiday.) *Closed days and hours are subject to change. Please check the official website ( https://alpacaland.tokyo/ ) for the latest information. **Booking deadline:** Bookings must be made by 23:00 one day prior to the date of participation. **Ticket validity:** On the day of participation *Tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased. Please note that it is not possible to change the date and time after purchase. **From purchase to entry, it's a simple 2-step process!** 1.After booking on Rakuten Travel Experiences, an e-ticket is sent to your registered e-mail address. 2.On arrival at the facility, visit the entrance counter and click the "Voucher" link in the e-mail sent to you at the time of purchase. Then, click the "Use" button and show the screen to the staff (please ensure that your phone can connect to the internet before your visit).
